relating to risk-based inspection in processing plants.
The meeting, which will focus on the results of the second

the fifth in a series of technical summits FSIS has conducted
this year to address various elements of RBI. The purpose
of the expert elicitation was to collect data on the relative
risks posed to public health by various types of processed
meat and poultry products.
The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 107A,
USDA Jamie Whitten Building, 12th St. SW, Jefferson Drive,
