Meat Processing magazine, in cooperation with the American Meat Institute and Sterling Marketing Inc., offers for sale the latest edition in the Meat and Poultry Facts series - Meat and Poultry Facts 2004 . Meat and Poultry Facts - now in its 33rd year of publication - is described as "an encyclopedia of meat industry information."
