FDA regulation to bolster the safety and security of America's food supply.

Effective April 14, 2004 - Small businesses are required to have a "Privacy Policy"(HIPAA) in place, to prevent the release of health information of their employees.

Country Butcher employee, Faye Gatley, will be featured in CNN's series "America Works" tonight (4/28/2004) on CNN from 6-7 pm (Eastern Standard Time). The series celebrates the men and women that make the United States work. Faye Gatley has been working at the Country Butcher in Ellington, Connecticut, since it opened for business.
