its investigation of the July 2006 case of BSE in a 50-month-old
Alberta dairy cow, the cow showed prion development months

The Meat
Association Council (MAC) has developed an inspection
overtime survey in order to gather specific information
on inspection overtime call backs and unrequested overtime
situations. AAMP is looking for feedback from you
regarding your establishment's experiences with abusive
overtime charges. It is incredibly important that
establishments participate in the survey. All information
will remain confidential. -

Enforcement Investigations and Analysis Officers (EIAO)
in the field to proactively visit establishments to explain
FSIS procedures and provide additional information and
resources as requested by individual plants. -

amending regulations to bring the frequency with which
foreign inspection systems are required to make supervisory
visits to certified establishments into agreement with
