The American Meat Institute has introduced a Spanish-language
version of its new brochure aimed at educating consumers
about avian influenza and poultry safety.
The brochure, laid out in FAQ-style format, gives consumers
need-to-know information in a quick and easy fashion. Designed
to be given to consumers at retail operations, the brochure
also can be downloaded and printed at www.poultrysafety.org.
