Dinies Technologies GmbH Introduces Dinies North America

New U.S. division of UV disinfection equipment manufacturer is located in St. Louis, MO.
Dinies Technologies GmbH, a manufacturer of UV disinfection equipment, proudly announces its investment and involvement in the U.S. Meat and Beef Market, with Dinies North America, located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Investment in the US Market
“Dinies North America is centrally located in St. Louis to provide hands-on support in your efforts to reduce pathogens and extend the shelf-life of your beef and meat products,” said Ken Sturgess, president of Dinies North America. “UVC is a common and tested technology in the water and air handling sectors. We are proud to be one of the first companies to pioneer this waste-free and chemical-free technology in the food processing world, specifically the meat sector. Further, we are excited to have our first pilot installation with a beef further processor facility in Texas.”

Pathogen Control and Shelf-Life Extension
The addition of the Dinies Atopur Series to your meat processing lines has two primary benefits:

UVC is a chemical-free and byproduct-free kill step that can help replace antimicrobial chemicals, all without altering the quality or properties of the meats, and without producing by-products and by-product disposal.

Secondly, additional shelf-life is possible when treating your meat or beef products with UVC before packaging.

Made FOR You
Dinies Technologies is a family-owned business from Germany, that has been manufacturing UVC products for almost 40 years. Each machine is application specific and is made to order, and customized depending on the requirements of the environment. With certification from renowned German testing laboratories and installments across the world, Dinies has a proven track record of delivering a machine that fits the needs of its customers.

Food Safety
Using UVC in food processing applications and for meat treatment is USDA HACCP Compliant. UVC is also an approved technology by the FDA and has been studied for over 30 years. The CDC and WHO have both endorsed UV treatment of foodstuffs as safe.
