American Cured Meat Championships Rules. (If a product has been entered in the past three years, you will automatically receive a set of rules.)
Dinner buffet will include herb crusted tenderloin, roasted chicken, fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables and sweet corn whipped potatoes. A fresh Iowa greens salad will be pre-plated. Chocolate mousse cake, Iowa apple tart and cheesecake will be served for dessert.
Must be 21 or older to attend wine tasting.
